Description

The U.S. Army Corps of Engieers intends to award a sole source contract to the University of Texas for registration fees for membership in the Construction Industry Institute. SYNOPSIS AND SOLICITATION: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additionalinformation included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation w ill not be issued. The solicitation number is W912HQ-04-T-0013, which is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation incorporates provision and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-23. NAICS code is 611310. The period of performance for registration is 01 Jun 2004 to 31 May 2005. The following FAR provisions apple FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial Items. Additional FAR and DFAR clauses are applicable: 52.212-4, 52-212.5, 52.222-26, 52.232-33 and 252.2 25-7001.
