- Description
- The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG), International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB), has a requirement for one or more contractors to provide the installation of Ku- and C- Band Satellite Receive Only Earth Station Terminals (TVROs), including foundations, associated structures and equipment in six regional areas throughout the world (Africa, Americas, East Asia, Europe and Eurasia, Near East Asia, and South Asia) in support of the BBG/IBB's "NETSTAR" global satellite network system. The term of the contract shall be for one year from date of contract award with options to extend for four (4) additional one-year periods. It is anticipated the Request for Proposals (RFP) will be issued on or about June 13, 2003. Firms interested in receiving a copy of Solicitation No. BBGCON3603S5372-BJS must respond in writing to the Contracting Officer at the above address or via facsimile at 202-260-0855 or via Email to bsesky@ibb.gov. All requests for copies of the solicitation must include the solicitation number, company name, mailing address, telephone and facsimile numbers, and name of contact person. No telephone requests for this solicitation will be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer that will be considered by the Agency. This notice is not a RFP.
