Operations Hallway Office Wall Removal at CG Air Station S.F. 1. Remove current wall that separates two existing office spaces, turn into one large office space. Current wall dimensions are approximately 1 ft deep x 9' high x 12' long. Wall is composed of a core of clay bricks surrounded on both sides by dry wall. 2. Install new finishing including paint, on ends of exposed wall removal. Newly exposed ceiling shall be finished off. Both sides of existing exposed walls and ceiling shall be textured and painted to the first natural breaking point and match existing walls. 3. Install carpeting to match existing carpet in newly created floor area made by wall removal. The newly created locker area size will be approximately 12' long by 1' wide. New carpet, if unable to match existing, shall compliment existing carpet in room. 4. Relocate any electrical outlets, telephone jacks, or computer networking jacks, existing on wall being removed, to surfaces exposed by wall removal.
