Description: The US Army Aviation and Missile Command has a requirement for three (3) Aircraft Cleaning and De-icing Systems (ACDS) capable of operating in a tactical environment. The contractor shall be responsible for accomplishing all tasks defined in the SOW for engineering, fabrication, documentation, integration, and testing of the ACDS. It shall include the associated program management, human engineering, and logistic support planning requirements.
