Description
U.S. General Services Administration Seeks Space For Lease Plano, Texas Requirements: The United States General Services Administration is seeking to lease approximately 15,500 BOMA Rentable Square Feet (RSF) of contiguous office and related space. The RSF must yield between 13,000 and 13,600 ANSI BOMA Usable Square Feet (BOUSF) for use by Tenant for personnel, furnishings, and equipment. All space shall be contiguous; second floor or higher is required. Space on first floor will be considered by the Government only when no other space is available or if deemed appropriate by the Government.. In addition, the Government requires reserved parking spaces for approximately twenty-six (26) Government vehicles. Location: The delineated area for this requirement is as follows: North: 121 South: 190 East: 75 West: Tollway Lease Term: Ten (10) Years, Five (5) years firm Occupancy: Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2004. Expressions of Interest Should Include the Following 1. Building name & address. 2. Available BOMA Rentable Square Feet and rate per rentable square foot. 3. Floor Plan, Picture of Building 4. Date space is available 5.
