Manufacturer’s Code and Part Number (if applicable): Honeywell Intl Inc. (59364) P/N 651146-2, Kit Pack Co. Inc. (30842) P/N 651146-2. Quantity (including option quantity): EST Max Annual Qty 100 EA. Unit of Issue: EA. Destination Information: 1st D.O. 37 EA Def Distribution Depot Oklahoma, Tinker AFB OK 73145-8000. Delivery Schedule: Up to 50 Each within 197 Days ADO, 25 EA. every 30 Days thereafter. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on its issue date of 03/22/04. The Small Business size standard is 1000 employees. Specifications, plans or drawings are not available. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 5 years. This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C.2304©(1). Approved sources are: Honeywell (59364) P/N 651146-2 Kit Pack Co. Inc. (30842) P/N 651146-2. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
