Description

SOLICITATION R48254-4106-TD01 IS CANCELLED AND SUPERSEDES BY THIS SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items, prepared in accordance with the format at FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with information in this notice. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All potential sources may submit an offer. This annoucement constitutes the only solicitation that will be issued, a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is being conducted with commercial procedures as outlined in FAR 12 and in conjuction with FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All potential offeror must be Central Contractor Registered (CCR) at DFARS 240.7302. The closing date is June 15, 2004, Time: 0800, Pacific Time. The estimated award is June 20, 2004. This Solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are those in Acquisition Circular: FAC-2001-107. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3812 and the NAICS is: 334511. The following items are: 139 each Garmin GPS 276C P/N 010-00331-00; 139 each Garmin Carry Case P/N: 010-10231-01; 139 each Garmin 256 MB Data Cards P/N: 1010-10226-04; 31 each Garmin 276C Marine Mounts P/N: 010-10511-00; 139 each Garmin Cig. Lighter Power Cable P/N: 010-10516-00; and 170 each Titan III GPS Antenna. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-JUN-2004); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
