Description

This is a sources sought announcement only. No solicitation is being issued at this time. The 700 Contracting Squadron, Rhine Ordnance Barracks, Germany, seeks potential General Services Administration (GSA) sources to perform a variety of non-personal engineering and installation services in support of the mission at Headquarters, United States Air Forces in Europe. The objective is to provide Operation and Maintenance Services Clinic Telephone Switching System Nortel Meridian One. Support is anticipated at five (5) medical facilities throughout Germany. Non-personnel services associated with installing, reinstalling, and maintaining, government furnished equipment (GFE) shall be performed by the contractor, to include Ramstein, Rhein Main AB, Bitburg AB, Spandahlem AB, and Geilenkirchen NATO Medical Treatment Facilities (MTF). The work requested by the government may consist of, but not limited to, telecommunications systems, technical support services, installation, movement and relocation of voice instruments and associated switching system hardware. The anticipated contract period will be a base period of one year with two one-year options. This sources sought announcement is also issued for the purpose of market research in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10. All GSA vendors capable of providing these services are invited to respond. Any information provided by industry to the government as a result of this sources sought synopsis is voluntary. The Government requests interested GSA parties to submit a brief description of similar services offered to government and to commercial customers. Include contract magnitude, program management, technical complexity, OCONUS experience, GSA schedules, and a company point of contact.
