Description

The Bureau of Reclamation (Reclamation) - Denver Office, Acquisition Operations Group (D-7810), Building 56, P O Box 25007, Denver, CO 80225, has a requirement for Engineering and Testing Services at one of its infrastructure facilities located in or near Folsom, California. The work involves Becker Penetration Tests (BPT) with Pile Driving Analysis (PDA); Friction pullback testing of selected intervals in BPT holes; and Case Pile Wave Analysis Program (CAPWAP). Reclamation proposes to issue Request for Proposals 04SP811002 to acquire this work by contract no earlier than five (5) days after publication of this notice. This acquisition is a 100 percent set aside for Small Business participation under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 541330; business size standard is $4.0 million. This notice is to seek qualified sources. A firm-fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation and all amendments may be viewed and printed from web site http://IDEASEC.NBC.gov under Document Number "04SP811002". Questions concerning this acquisition may be submitted, in writing, to Robert E.
