Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The U. S. Fish and Wildlife Service has a requirement for a 21 ft aluminum tunnel type Jon boat with a 2 stroke Inboard motor with a jet drive which is made by Mercury for Law enforcement purposes. Boat should be similar to a Phantom Sport Jon manufactured by Aztec Fabrication Inc due to this boat will be conducting law enforcement patrols in western Alaska. Conditions dictate that the boat be very shallow draft and able to operate on step in very shallow water, durable enough to withstand occasional groundings and be light enough that an average person could refloat the boat once it becomes grounded. Specs are as follows: Jon boat style with tunnel hull, 21 ft length, 26 inches tall sides and 72 inch wide bottom open bow. All welded aluminum .125 inch thickness or greater. Walk thru console/windshield, windshield wiper, 2 speed, 12 volt, gray vinyl/canvas top, clear vinyl side windows and rear drop curtain mounted on removable aluminum framing (which can be removed when top is not in use), fasteners for vinyl top and sides mounted on the windshield and hull to hold vinyl top in place. Tachometer, voltmeter, 28 gal fuel tank with fuel gauge. Bow hatch storage, includes standard eqt; twin console w/steering and rear oversized storage bench seat, vinyl covered floorboards, instrument panel w/tach/volt/temp, insulated engine box, pilot and copilot seats, single lever remote box, bilge pump, 12 volt, 500 gph. 210 hp Mercury Inboard V-6 60 degree V. 153 CID, self draining cooling system, elect start, auto priming, over revolution warning system, over temp warning system, low oil warning system, 15 amp alternator, variable ration oil injection. 4 bladed impeller SS impeller, stop grate to clear jet intake impeller diameter 184 mm, adjustable plate trim, high thrust twin aperture reverse gate, 1.25:1 gear ration, 7.25 diameter pump.
