- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9301-04-T-0039. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-22 & 23 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 20040513. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 484210, Small Business size standard is $21.5M. This acquisition is for the following services: Contract Line Item Numbers: CLIN 0001, Non-Personal Service: The Contractor Shall Provide all Tools, Labor, Supervision, Materials, Equipment and Transportation to perform Service as Stated in Phase ONE (1)(Attachment 1,Equipment List ) of Statement of Work Dated 7 June 2004, at Edwards AFB California. Contract Line item Number: CLIN 0002, Non-Personal Service: The Contractor Shall Provide all Tools, Labor, Supervision, Materials, Equipment and Transportation to perform Service as Stated in Phase TWO (2)(Attachment 2, Equipment List) of Statement of Work Dated 7 June 2004, at Edwards AFB California. Wage determine Notice 1994-2043 Rev (23) Date 03/15/2004 attachment 3 the following factor shall be used to evaluate offers: Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items with the offer. If the offeror does not have a copy of this provision, go to http://farsite.hill.af.mil. Any response received without Far 52.212-3 will be considered non-complaint. All offerors must comply with Far 52.204-7, Central Contracting Registion and DFAS 252.204-7004 and be current registrants in the Central Contractor Register database (www.ccr.gov) to be considered.
