Est. Issue Date: July 8, 2004, Est. Closing Date September 4, 2004. Subject item is non-commercial. The item is a critical application item; Configuration Control, and source control. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, 243 days. Subject RFP is for an Indefinite Quantity Contract with a base year and four option years. The base year estimated annual quantity is 1246 each. The estimated annual quantity for each option year is 460 each. Surge and Sustainment is not required. To become certified, request and submit a DD Form 2345 to DLSC.
