N00421-04-R-0098 Amendment 0001 Amendment 0001-N00421-04-R-0098. The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions in response to the solicitation. Question: ?What is the National Pantone # for olive drab green?? Answer: The National Pantone # is 05753C. The Government will accept anything in that general shade of color. Question: ?Our download from FedBizOpps has question marks where we believe the inch sign should be. It is assumed that all sizes given were in inches. Please Confirm.? Answer: That is correct. The size is in inches. Question: ?It is assumed that the lump sum price is based on delivery of the number of sheets specified not the number of pounds required. Please confirm?. Answer: Affirmative. Question: ?Is the quantity of sheets subject to change before award?? Answer: No. Question: ?What type of sufficient documentation is required with the quote?? Answer: Documents concerning the use of 100% virgin material, meeting of specifications of sheet size and color and delivery timeframe F.O.B.
