Description

The US Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District is seeking sources that have the technical capabilities and interest to provide information. The information supplied will be used to conduct a market survey. Once the information gathered, has been reviewed, it may be used to create a solicitation, which may be issued at a later date. The proposed procurement involves work to be completed to the elevators at the Bradford Island Visitors Center at Bonneville Lock and Dam in Cascade Locks, Oregon. T he existing elevator system was installed in 1974 and currently is operational, but does suffer from frequent control related issues. A control upgrade and other items of work need to be completed in order for the elevator to provide reliable service. Th is RFI is due 9 July 2004 by 4:00 pm pacific time.
