Description

PERFORMANCE DECISION ON STREAMLINED COMPETITION (ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT SERVICES) A-76 FINAL DECISION- This is an announcement of results of the recent Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) study of 24 FTE positions covered under Administrative Support Services as originally announced for the National Office. The DOL Office of Competitive Sourcing has completed a streamlined competition in accordance with OMB Circular A-76. On June 16, 2004, the streamlined competition form (SLCF) was certified by the ATO and the Contracting Officer, indicating the study completion. As a result of this study, performance of these functions will remain in-house (performance by incumbent Government personnel totaling 24 FTEs). Based on this decision, the Contracting Officer will execute a Letter of Obligation (LOO) with the senior manager responsible for performance of the function. In accordance with revised OMB Circular A-76, effective May 29, 2003, no party may contest any aspect of this streamlined competition. A copy of the SLCF shall be posed at FEDBIZOPPS shortly reflecting the costs compared and outcome.
