Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Augusta, GA, VISN 7, contemplates negotiation of a sole source procurement with InvivoMDE Medical Advances, Inc. for providing: (a) a Magnitude MRI Patient Vital Signs Monitor, Model 3150M, which includes ETC02, 2 Invasive Pressures, Enhanced ECG Performance Options, Integrated Side Stream C02, N20 with 5 agent identification and 02 measurements. (b) Remote Display Controller Monitor, Model 3155 MVS. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 334510 with a standard size of 500 employees. This Notice of Intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider all proposals received within 10 days after publication of this synopsis. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature, detailing how their products/services meet VA requirements, to the Contracting Officer or by fax 478-274-5609. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Request for Quotation will be issued on or about June 28, 2004.
