This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; propo sals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. W9127Q-04-T-0034 applies and is issued as a Request for Quotation. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisit ion Circular 01-23. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program is not applicable. This procurement is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. CLIN 0001: 1 ea wire marker & cutter, Eubanks Engineering Co, model 67505-01wire marker & cut ter or equal. supplied with a control panel; 10 ea #60430-11 204 radius wire marking disks; 3 ea #61475-20 wire anvils; 1 ea #93991 closed cut-off block 3-16 i.d.; wire straightener assy; 2 rolls #66620-20 black marking foil 2 in x 600 ft; 1 pair #157 .99 0 v-type cut blades; 1 operators manual; one yr limited warranty.
