- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a small business set-aside. The NAICS Code for this synopsis/solicitation is 334310, Size Standard 1000. Solicitation/Purchase Request number F1SC1141540400 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Desired DELIVERY DATE: 2 July 2004 FOB: DESTINATION. Inspection and acceptance: DESTINATION.
