Description

The Department of Homeland Security, Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE) intends to enter into a sole source Delivery Order with Law Manager, Inc., Conshohocken PA under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1), Only One Responsible Source. LawManager, Inc. is the developer of the LawManager/WebView software and are the only known source with the ability to satisfy this requirement. This procurement is for maintenance, upgrades, additional licenses, training and support services for LawManager/WebView. The purpose of this requirement is to further define user requirements, develop automated solutions for each area of functionality, and implement those solutions for the benfit of the General Counsel and the Bureau of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). Integration of the Elite WebView Software with the Elite LawManager Software allow interface to the back-end Oracle database of deportation cases and will yield valuable metrics in evaluating types of cases and amount of time spent on cases. The Period of Performance shall be for a Base Year four (4) twelve month option periods. Option Periods are for maintenance only. The Government anticipates the award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Delivery Order. The proposed requirement is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(2).
