Description

BASIC WORK: Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision required to Install Carpeting in U. S. Coast Guard Housing Units located in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan. The work includes removal and disposal of old carpeting, prepare sub-floor, to include removal of any staples or obstruction, vacuum loose debris. Install carpet flooring and 3/8? padding. There are five unit styles: (1) 2 Bedroom Unit approx. 86 SY. (2) 3 Bedroom Unit approx. 124 SY. (3) 3 Bedroom Handicapped Unit approx. 126 SY. (4) 4 Bedroom Unit approx. 158 SY. (5) 4 Bedroom Exec. Unit approx. 171 SY. The unit anticipates replacing carpeting in 10-15 housing units per Option Year. This procurement will be an Firm Fixed Price IDIQ Contract with Three (3) Option Years to be exercised at the governments discretion. The NAICS 238330, SIC Code 1752, the size standard is $ 12.0 million. The due date for proposals has not been scheduled. This procurement is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The estimated range of the project is between $25,000 and $100,000. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS. The Coast Guard now distributes the Technical Data Package (TDP) portion of solicitations through the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDS) website. In order to obtain the TDP portion of the solicitation the contractor will be required to be registered in CCR and have a MPIN (Marketing Partner ID Number).
