Description

Contractor-owned and contractor-operated (COCO); hydraulic excavator; skidder; and self-loading log truck, to be provided under a Time & Materials (T&M) contract for the Yellowjacket Floodplain Restoration project. Project consists of constructing 20 small log jams in the Lower Yellowjacket Creek floodplain. Logs are decked two miles from project site. Performance period will start August 16, 2004. Project time is 20 days. Service Contract Act wage rates do apply to this project. The estimated issue date of the solicitation is on or about June 28, 2004. This project is set-aside for small business concerns. NAICS CODE IS 113310-LOGGING. Small business size is 500 employees, or less.
