- Description
- D PATIENT CENTRIC DATA BASE LICENSES - The U.S. Department of Commerce/NOAA intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with PharMetrics of Watertown, MA. This requirement is to acquire a PharMetrics Patient-Centric dataset non-transferable license for the Bureau of Economic Analysis (BEA). The contractor shall provide the Government with a non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non transferable license for a data file containing an extract of all medical and pharmacy claims for patients. The Dataset is hosted on the PharMetrics server and access will be provided to the Government via two concurrent user IDs. Offeror's who believe they can meet this requirement are required to submit in writing an affirmative response. All written responses must include a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information demonstrating their ability to meet the above requirements. Failure to submit such documentation will result in the Government proceeding as stated above. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Affirmative written responses must be received no later than 15 days after publication of this synopsis.
