Description

Provide all materials, labor, tools, plant supplies, equipment, transportation, superintendence, temporary construction of every nature, and all other services and facilities necessary to construct a major security system. The work will include, but will not be limited to, a perimeter fencing with motorized access controlled gates, facility exterior access control, site lighting, site work, a camera surveillance system, and interior access control doors and renovation. Estimated construction cost range is between $1.4 and $1.5 Million. Performance time is 365 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. Subcontractors may secure a copy of the plans and specifications from the prequalified contractors. There will be no public opening of offers. All proposal information received is CONFIDENTIAL until award of a contract. The name of the successful offeror and the amount of the contract will be released as public information. The number of offerors, their names, and the amount of their offers WILL NOT BE RELEASED AS PUBLIC INFORMATION.
