Description: U.S. Army, White Sands Missile Range intends to award a sole source contract to ABB Bomem Inc, 585 Blvd. Charest Est. Suite 300, Quebec City, Quebec Canada, GIK 9H4, pursuant to FAR 6.302, Only One Responsible Source. This requirement is to upgrade our Bomem MR254 Series Spectroradiometer to the MR304 Series. ABB Bomem built the spectrometer and is the only manufacturer of compatible accessories. See Note 22 (any proposal must be received by 4:00 PM MST, 29 June 2004.
