Response Date: MM July DD 30 YYYY 2004 30 days Description: NSN: 1560-01-106-1905,Part Number: 70652-02620-046 Pron: AX4F0076AX Quantity:100 each minimum/600 each maximum 5 years indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to the UH-60 Airframe. F.O.B. Destination with delivery to Texa rkana TX 75507-5000. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 100 each 315 days after contract award (DACA) . The First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 198 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 100 each 210 DACA. This item is restricted to SIKORSKY AIRCRAFT CORPORATION Cage Code (78286) and Rotair Industries, INC. Cage Code (54878), because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. Existing unique design c apability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requ irements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the agency.
