PRON: AX4Q0500X, NSN: 3020-01-190-7452, PN: 406-040-421-103, 50 each, applicable to the OH-58 D Airframe, with deliveries to Texarkana, TX 75507-5000. This item is restricted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., Cage Code 97499, because the rights t o use the data needed to procure this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Production Lead-time with First Article Testing is 50 each, 360 Days After Contract Award (DACA) . Production Lead-time without First Article Testing is 50 each, 240 DACA. Production Lead-time with Alternate II Clause is 50 each 300 DACA. Firms that recognize that they can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themse lves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitation by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depe ndent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Foreign firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. Adequate tech nical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet pre-qualification requirements in order to be eligible for award. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the Agency. NOTES: 22, 23 and 26.
