Description

It is the Government intent to award a sole source purchase order to SPSS Inc, to procure a Software Maintenance agreement for Clementine software for the government at Andrews AFB, MD. This acquisition will be accomplished using commercial procedures in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation Part 12. The period of performance will be for 1 Oct 04 - 30 Sep 05. The award will be made subject to the availability of funds. This will be a firm-fixed price contract.Offerors still wishing to receive information pertaining to this requirement must contact the point of contacts below prior to 4:00 pm EST, 17 Aug 04. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with SPSS Inc. may be pursued. All contractors submitting any proposal to the Government must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
