Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron at Andrews AFB MD, intends to award a sole source agreement with Peak Performance Solutions, NAICS code 5415111, to continue hardware and software maintenance on HQ AFOSI NexTEST product. The services include but not limited to providing telephone support to keep the software bug free and to provide occasional new features within the software. Period of performance is from 1 Oct 04 thru 30 Sep 05. The award will be made subject to the availability of funds. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost. Offerors still wishing to receive information pertaining to this requirement must contact the point of contacts below prior to 4:00 pm EST, 18 Aug 05. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Peak Performance Solutions may be pursued.
