Description: Source/Origin 935 Export business development - Amendment #2 - The Evaluation Criteria on page 29 of the RFQ takes for granted that the following must be included in the Technical Proposal: (a)Approach (b) Management Plan (c) Staffing Plan (d) Past Performance However, the 20 page limit imposed on technical proposals responsive to RFQ#641-04-033 only applies to Sections A & B (approach and management plan). The staffing plan and the past performance document must be submitted as an annex.
