Description

J - Maintain CT Scanner, Model TSX 101A for VA TN Valley Healthcare System, located at 1310 24th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37212-2637 for the period of one base year with four one-year option periods. Hours of preventive maintenance is Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. through 5:00 p.m. Emergency service response time is required within 2 hours from initial request. Contractor must be able to be reached by telephone 24 hours a day, seven days a week excluding holidays. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Only written requests will be accepted. All questions must be written and may be faxed to 615-867-5419. NAIC code is 811219.
