Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and supervision required to completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing equipment, and furnish labor and materials for the upgrade of passenger and service elevators of building number #2 and repair and alterations of existing elevator in building #21 as required by specifications. The estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 - $2,000,000. The NAICS (North American Industry Classification System) code for this procurement is 235950. All requests for this solicitation package must be in writing along with a check in the amount of $50.00, which is non-refundable... The tentative issue date for the packages is August 13, 2004 the bid opening date is September 13, 2004. This will be a negotiated contract.
