Description

This is a notice of intent to award a sole source, firm fixed price contract to Aviation Training Consulting LLC, for creation of MV-22 Pilot and Enlisted Air Crew Training products. These products include the Master Task List, Master Syllabus, Curriculum for 200-600 level Pilot, Curriculum for 100-600 EAC, and the MV-22 Tiltrotor Aircraft Simulator Certification Program. The contractor will also produce a formal Concurrency Management process. This product governs the concurrency management process and defines procedures used to control changes of hardware, software, publications, documentation, and courseware to any training system component. The above products must be fully interoperable with existing curriculum and concurrency products. Contract award is scheduled for 30 Aug 04. The contract shall have a base period of performance of eighteen months to ensure delivery prior to a mandated operational requirement of March 2006. This acquisition will be accomplished in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, for Other Than Full and Open Competition. NAVAIR intends to make award after the response date of this notice.
