Description

The Internal Revenue Service, Kansas City Campus, intends to issue a purchase order prepared in accordance with FAR, Subpart 12-Acquisition for Certain Commercial Items to the Kansas City Star, at 1729 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108, for classified newspaper advertisement for recruitment services, on a sole source basis. This is not a request for competitive proposal and NO solicitation is available. However, the Government will consider all proposals and capability statements received within fifteen (15) days after the publication date of this notice. Capability statements shall include pricing. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
