Description

This is a request for proposals to negotiate a competitive contract for the supply of make latex Condoms. The U.S. Agency for International Development(USAID) has a requirement for 100,000,000(100 million) Natural Rubber Latex Male Condoms for delivery prior to December 2004. This soliciation anticipates the award of two separate contracts for 50,000,000(50 million) condoms each and will also include the option purchase of additional quantities up to 50,000,000(50 million) condoms for delivery prior to June 2005 within each contract. The authorized source/origin code for this procurement is 935 (any nonrestricted country), therefore, competitive bidding from International sources as well as U.S. Manufacturers will be accepted.
