Description

This procurement is 100% for small business only., under the authority of Public Law 104-262 and U.S.C. 8153 the VA Medical Center located at 7305 N. Military Trail West Palm Beach, Florida 33410-6400 has a requirement to establish a Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contract for the services of Electracoporal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL). Period of performance shall be approximately September 1, 2004 to December 30, 2004 with one 3 month option for renewal, which can be exercised at the sole discretion of the Government, pending availability of funds for FY?05. All work shall be performed at the address referenced above. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications and schedules of the solicitation. The NAICS for this solicitation is 62199 with a size standard of $ 8.5M. The solicitation will issue on or about August 10, 2004. Due date will be on or about August 20 at 2:00pm local time. No telephone request for solicitation will be accepted. Any and all questions regarding the solicitation shall be faxed to the Contraction Officer at 561-422-6507.
