Description

It is the Government intent to award a sole source purchase order to Hewlett-Packard Company, to support the existing HP software the government at Andrews AFB, MD. THIS ACQUISITION IS SET-ASIDE FOR GSA SCHEDULE HOLDERS ONLY. The period of performance will be for 1 Oct 04 - 30 Sep 05. The award will be made subject to the availability of funds. This will be a firm-fixed price contract.Offerors still wishing to receive information pertaining to this requirement must contact the point of contacts below prior to 4:00 pm EST, 17 Aug 04. If no responses are received by the above date, a sole source contract with Hewlett-Packard Company may be pursued. All contractors submitting any proposal to the Government must have a Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE Code) and be registered in the Central Contractors Registration (CCR) at www.ccr2000.com. This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government?s ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost.
