Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-23. Funds for this acquisition (CLINs 0001 and 0002 only, see provisions concerning availibility of funds for CLIN 0003) are currently available. NAICS: 423430 ?Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers? Schedule of items: CLIN 0001 ? Integrated Package of all System Hardware, Equipment, and Components Sufficient to Satisfy Attached Statement of Work for a Digital Archive Solution (Turnkey Project) Preferred system is DAX Online SmartDAX 700 Slot DVD-R Storage Unit to include Parts Kit, Auto Loader, DVD Offline Storage Unit, Extended Parts Kit, DVD Offline Storage Cabinets, and 4.7 Gigabyte DVD-R Single-Sided 50-pack Spindle Product. ?Or Equal? products must satisfy all system and technical requirements as outlined in the attached Statement of Work. CLIN 0002 ? On-Site Hardware and Software Training in Accordance with Attached Statement of Work CLIN 0003 ? One Year Extended Maintenance Program Sufficient to Satisfy Attached Statement of Work // The provisions of FAR 52.232-19 Availibility of Funds for the Next Fiscal Year applies to CLIN 0003.
