Description

The army requires a firm fixed price contract for Renovation of Newman Fitness Center, Building 439, Fort Stewart, Ga. The renovation involves refinishing gym and racquetball court flooring, new carpet, ceiling and lighting through lobby and gallery , completely renovate men and women toilet, locker, and shower room areas, painting acoustical tile ceilings. The renovation includes painting, acoustical tile ceilings, modular carpet, ceramic tile, toilet partitions, lockers, new sauna, plumbing, HVAC, lighting and electrical. Sitework includes relocate/alter existing storm water systems, new sidewalk, grading and seeding. The NAICS code is 236220 and the size standard is $28.5m. The magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Bid guar antee and performance and payment bonds are required. The performance time for this work is 180 days after receipt of notice to proceed. This acquisition is being solicited as unrestricted, full and open competition. All eligible firms may submit a bid, which will be considered. The solicitation will be available for downloading at the time of issue from the Internet website: https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Paper copies of the solicitation will not be available.
