Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service invites bids for Trails Rehabilitation at the Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge located in Charlestown (Washington Co.), Rhode Island. The work consists of construction and maintenance of several trails and paths within the Ninigret National Wildlife Refuge. Work includes excavation of unsuitable materials, grading and installation of base materials, asphalt concrete paving, bituminous surface treatment, cast-in -place concrete, metal fabrication and carpentry. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $150,000. and $250,000.. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 237990 (SIC code is 1629). The size standard is $28.5 million. This procurement is set aside for small business. All responsible sources may submit a bid, which shall be considered. Issue date will be o/a August 20, 2004. Specifications for this project are available without charge and shall be requested in writing to; U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Contracting and General Services, 300 Westgate Center Drive, Hadley, MA 01035-9589, Attn: Christopher Murphy.
