Description

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) Education Division intends to award on a competitive basis, a contract for Math and Technology Teacher's Development. The Solicitation Number is HE1254-04-R-0055 and is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This action incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-22 & 23. Offerors shall include the completed solicitation, price proposal, representations & certifications, current past performance references, completed past performance questionnaires, amendments (if issued), etc with their solicitation package due by 1:00 PM (EST), Thursday, Sep 2, 2004. The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) is a Federal Government agency, an education activity, and tax exempt. DoDEA supports military dependant schools both stateside and overseas. FSC Code: U008, Training and Curriculum Development. NAICS Code: 611430, Professional Development Training. Size Standard: $6M. All inquiries must be submitted in writing via email at isiah.mack@hq.dodea.edu. No information concerning this solicitation or requests for clarification will be provided in response to telephone calls. Inquiries will be answered and provided to all potential offerors via email and amendment to the solicitation. No inquiries will be considered if received more than ten (10) calendar days after the release of this notice. Offerors are responsible for downloading the solicitation, all of its supporting documents, and any applicable amendments posted on Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) at http://www.eps.gov/spg/ODA/postdate_1.html Amendments may be posted to FedBizOps up until the response due date. Fax copies of proposals are not acceptable.
