Description

Y—Contractor to furnish all parts, labor, materials, equipment and transportation necessary to complete Upgrade Air Conditioning Commmunications Center, Bldg 317, Project #RVKQ 01-0070. The project includes removal of light fixtures, ductwork and acoustical ceiling at the site, provide a 6” metal stud partition with vapor barrier, insulation and door, provide ductwork, fire protection, acoustical ceiling, ceiling light fixtures, apply paints and coatings, install two (2) Computer Room air conditioning units (5 tons each) and associated piping and work, testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems, and electrical work. Work to be performed at the 914 Airlift Wing, Niagara Falls ARS, Niagara County, NY. Performance time: Ninety (90) calendar days. Potential offerors should request RFP FA6670-04-R-0008 in writing, by letter, or email to joyce.freck@niagarafalls.af.mil or fax (716) 236-2357. Issue date: to be determined, Closing date: to be determined. The NAICS Code is 236220, the SIC Code is 1542, and the small business size standard is $28.5 Million. A single Firm Fixed-Price Construction contract will be awarded. Solicitation is Full & Open Competition with an evaluation preference for HUBZone concerns. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 & $250,000. All offerors MUST be registered in the CCR for award. Bid, Payment & Performance Bonds will be required. There is no statuatory Cost Limitation.
