Description

04R609101- KVM Switch, User Stations, Parts and Installation Amendment 1 This is Amendment 01 to combined synopsis/solicitation FA8604-04-R-6091. The following items have changed: descriptions for Line Items 0001 through 0003 and due date for receipt of quotes. Also added are two attachments: Attachment 1 - Diagram of Current KVM System and Attachment 2 - List of Questions and Answers. Line Item Description Model Number Qty 0001 Paragon 4 user x 42 systems UMT442-RK 1 unit KVM Switch Cat5 Cable Based or Matrix Switch or EQUIVALENT Equivalent 0002 User Stations for Paragon 4 UST1 4 unit or EQUIVALENT or Equivalent 0003 Computer Interface Module (CIM) UKVMC 25 unit for Standard PS/2 Connected Devices or Includes Local Ports for Local Equivalent Keyboard, Monitor, and Mouse Or EQUIVALENT 0004 Installation shall include: (1) removal 1 Lot of old KVM equipment, (2) replacing and installation with the of above line items 0001 - 0003, (3) Cat5 Cable, (4) running of cable, (5) installing system and, (6) providing training.
