- PR: IQC04191009002. NSN: 9525-01-085-1215. Item description: CIRCUIT BREAKER. Qualified Products List (QPL) Item: Type Number MS14154-5, Spec. Number: MIL-C-5809, QPL Number: QPL-5908-45. Qualified sources: Eaton Aerospace LLC DBA Mechanical Products Div. Power and Load Management Systems (76374), Texas Instruments, Inc. (82647), E-T-A Circuit Breakers (D5558), and Crouzet Automatismes (FA0X2). A 12-month Indefinite Delivery Contract with four (4) 12-month option periods is expected. Increments solicited: 25-49, 50-99, 100-249, 250-499, and 500-1000 units. Set-Aside: Unrestricted. Destination: Specified on individual delivery orders; CONUS locations. Delivery schedule: Specified on individual delivery orders. All qualified sources may submit an offer/proposal which shall be considered. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
