Description

The U. S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to procure renovation of the existing CCEHBR Facility in Charleston, South Carolina. The price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. The acquistion is set aside 100% for small business. NAICS code is 238210. Business size standard is $12.0 Million. The work will consist of various improvements to the existing electrical distribution system icluding, but not limited to, improved grounding system, additional circuits and wiring devices in offices, and replacements of interior lighting. The approx. size of the building is 35,000 sqft. The resultant contract will be firm fixed price. All responsible firms may submit a bid which will be considered by the agency. All solicitation requests shall be in writing which may be faxed or e-mailed to attention Mamie Wandick or Donita McCullough.
