Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation notice for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. (i) This is a Commercial Solicitation using Simplified Acquisition Procedures found in FAR Part 13, soliciatation no. FA4800-040-R-0021. Written documentation will not be issued for this quote. (ii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-14. It is the contractor?s responsibility to be familiar with applicable clauses and provisions. (iii) This acquisition will be 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 423440. (iv) The contractor shall provide the following: 1. Eclipse Pro 40x60 Table; Floor Space; 7? x 5? ; Electrical: Dedicated 110v 20 Amp Circuit; Pneumatic: 80 PSI Minimum Software & Computer Included 2. Quick CA Software: CAD system designed by AutoDesk, the makers of AutoCAD. For designing mats on the mat cutter machine. 3. Silent Compressor: To support the mat cutter, ? horse power, 4 gallon tank, 2.15 CFM free air, 84-114 PSI, 110v-60, shipping weight approx 55 lbs. 4. 5-year Extended Warranty for Eclipse Pro 5. Shipping Costs (v) The date of delivery shall be no later then 30 days ARO (After Receipt of Order) or sooner to ACC/PA/PAVG, Langley AFB, VA 23665; FOB Destination. (vi) Responsibility and Inspection: Unless otherwise specified in the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements and Quality Control. (vii) The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors Commercial applies to this acquisition. (viii) The Government will award a firm-fixed price contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: price. (ix) Offerors are reminded to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items with its offer. The before mentioned provision is included in Attachment I.
