- Description
- The contractor shall be required to provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to develop Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Tactics Employment Manuals as tasked and as defined in this Statement of Work (SOW) except as specified as government furnished. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated consisting of one base plus four option periods . The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541690 with a small business size standard not to exceed $6 million. This acquisition is set aside 100% exclusively for small business concerns. Solicitation issuance will be on or about 15 Aug 04. A site visit will be held, date to be announced after final solicitation is posted. The Government plans to use the Internet, e-mail, and facsimile as the primary means of disseminating and exchanging information. Hard copies will not be made available.
