Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron, Andrews Air Force Base, intends to procure a contract for the replacement of the Brandywine Water Well. The contractor shall provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment and labor necessary to replace well at Brandywine. This is a firm-fixed price construction requirement. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business concerns. All firms or individual responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency. The NAICS is 238190 ($12 million). The solicitation will be posted on or around 9 Aug 2004. A site visit is scheduled for 11 Aug 2004 at 1:00 p.m.
