Description

Requirement includes the upgrade, installation, monitoring, and maintenance of numerous existing statewide Maryland Army National Guard Intrusion Detection Systems (IDS). All existing IDS systems shall be upgraded to Ademco Vista 128 Zone Capable Al arm Panels (name brand or equal). Monitoring and maintenance services may not be subcontracted. Prospective contractor of award must be able to provide all monitoring and maintenance services for all Maryland Army National Guard Intrusion Detection Syste m locations throughout the state of Maryland. The contract term for Intrusion Detection Systems monitoring and maintenance fees will be one base year from date of award with four one year options to extend the contract. Total performance period not to exc eed five years. The award will be a best value award. Evaluation of offers will be based on factors such as past performance, quality, warranty and overall price for equipment upgrades, maintenance and monitoring of IDS systems.
