Description

This is a Notice of Intent to award a sole-source contract under FAR 6.302-1 to Johnson and Johnson Healthcare Systems and not a request for competitive quotes. Johnson and Johnson is the only known source to provide mammotone hand held probes for Et hicon Biopsy System. This requirement is to provide 3 boxes of 8 ga. mammotone hand held probes, pn: MHH8, 10 boxes of MHH11 11 ga. probes, 10 boxes of P-1175 11 ga probes and 20 boxes of 11 ga micromark tissue markers for Madigan Army Medical Center, Tac oma, WA. This request is being issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in FAR subpart 13.****
