- CORRECTION: The 26 may 2004 synopsis is hereby corrected to read: The Government intends to issue a modification pursuant to FAR 52.217-8 Option to Extend Services and 6 month sole source supported by a Justification and Approval under Contract DAT M01-99-C-0005, with Survice Engineering Company, a Small Business firm located at 4695 Millennuim Drive Belcamp, Maryland 21017-1505. The Contract Period of Performance will therefore be extended from 1 August 2004 to 31 July 2005. This one year extension will permit the Government to pursue a Competitive Small Business set-aside solution for future Developmental Test and Evaluation Requirements. Survice Engineering Company currently provides all qualified personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervisi on, management and, other items and services not provided, to perform Non-Personal Non-Ballistic Survivability and Ballistic Vulnerability and Lethality (including Live Fire) draft inputs of Technical Support Services Evaluations and Reports to AEC. Survi ce Engineering Company also provides draft inputs of Technical Support Services, as required, to other AEC areas of Air and Missile Defense, Aviation, Close Combat, Command Control Communications Computers Intelligence (C4I), Fire Support, Combat Support a nd Future Force requirements. The US Army Evaluation Center (EAC) is located at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Maryland. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 541330. This Notice of Intent is not a request for proposals. See Num bered Note(s) 22 and 26.
